How it works

Set what matters. Weight kitchen, light, yard, commute, anything.
Score after each tour. Scores stay blind until everyone has finished.
Reveal and rank. Side-by-side scores and one combined ranking.
Sleep on it. Re-score the next morning and see what changed.

Built for how you actually house-hunt

Couples and families

No more "which one had the big yard?" Everyone scores from their own phone, nobody sways anyone else.

Roommates and renters

Split the decision fairly, check budget fit, and mark the place you chose.

Realtors

Send a client every home to score, see where you agree and diverge, and share branded reports. See Realtor Pro

Propurty is not a listing search. Keep your favorite listing sources and bring the homes you tour here to decide.
