Service

Propurty provides weighted scoring and collaboration tools. Scores, AI summaries, mortgage and tax estimates reflect your inputs and may be inaccurate. They are not appraisals, brokerage, mortgage, legal, tax or investment advice, and using Propurty does not create an agency relationship. Verify all facts independently.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use Propurty. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account in Settings at any time.

Subscriptions and purchases

Propurty Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and as a Decision Pass: a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks Pro for 90 days and then ends. Realtor Pro is a separate monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with optional extra client seats. Prices and periods are shown in the app and App Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple. Free plans include ads and a 2-member collaboration limit.

Apple terms

This agreement is between you and WileyWorx LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support, warranty or any claims relating to it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies to the iOS app.

Realtor features and sponsored seats

Realtor accounts may share private listing materials with invited clients inside the app and warrant they have the right to do so. Clients must not redistribute private listing media outside Propurty. A realtor may sponsor Pro access for a limited number of clients; sponsored access is not an App Store subscription and ends if the realtor removes the seat or their plan lapses, but your own data stays yours. Misuse may result in suspension.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You grant us a license to host and display it to the people you choose. Only add photos and listing material you have the right to use. To report infringing content, email jack@wileyworx.com.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape listing sites in violation of their terms, harass users, or attempt to circumvent collaboration, privacy or paywall controls.

Ads and third parties

Free accounts show third-party ads; we do not endorse advertisers. Third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase) are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limits

Propurty is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, WileyWorx LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions you make using the app, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update these terms; continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
