Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026. WileyWorx LLC.
Who we are
WileyWorx LLC operates Propurty, a decision-support scoring tool for people evaluating homes to buy or rent, and for licensed realtors collaborating with clients. Contact: jack@wileyworx.com. Propurty is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Data we collect
Account info (email, display name, role, optional profile photo; if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email they share, which may be a private relay address). Project data you enter: homes (address or public listing link, listing details, photos you add), scores, notes, budgets and mortgage figures, voice memos (stored on your device only), and invitations (including the email of a person you invite). If you mark a home as purchased or rented we store that outcome and date. Optional "About you" answers (household, timeline, how you heard about us). Push notification tokens if you enable notifications. If the app crashes, a technical crash report (device model, OS and app version, stack trace) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it; it does not include your scores, homes or contact details. Subscription status from Apple via RevenueCat. We do not collect payment card or bank details.
Where your data lives
Your projects are stored on your device. If you sign in with a cloud account and join or invite others, the shared project data (homes, scores, members) is synced through our cloud provider (Supabase). In a shared project, scores are hidden until everyone has finished or an admin waives a member; after that, members see combined and individual scores.
Ads (free tier)
Free accounts see Google AdMob ads (banners, occasional full-screen ads, and optional rewarded ads). On iOS we ask permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and show Google’s consent form where required. If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized using your device advertising identifier; if you decline, ads are not personalized. You can change this any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Pro removes ads. If an ad fails to load, you continue without being blocked.
Analytics (first-party)
We record basic product events (for example "project created" or "paywall viewed") in our own database to understand which features help people decide. Events contain counts and categories, never addresses, notes, scores or your email. You can turn analytics off in Settings > Privacy.
Services that process data for us
Supabase (hosting, sign-in, sync), Apple (Sign in with Apple, purchases), Google (AdMob ads, Google Sign-In, and, when you use AI summaries or listing assist, the Gemini API, which receives the property facts, scores or public listing text needed for that request), RevenueCat (subscription status), Expo (push notification delivery), Sentry (crash and error reports: device model, OS version, app version and the technical stack trace, never your scores, homes or email), and Microlink (public listing link previews). We do not sell your personal information. AdMob ad personalization may count as "sharing" under some state laws; declining tracking turns it off.
Location, camera, calendar, microphone
Location (while using the app) is used in Tour mode to match the nearest home and to suggest addresses; we do not store your position. Camera and photos are used only when you add pictures. Calendar access is write-only to add tour reminders. The microphone is used only while you record a voice memo; memos stay on your device (they may be included in your device backups) and are not uploaded or transcribed.
Marketing communications
We only send promotional emails or pushes if you opt in. Marketing is off by default and you can withdraw consent in Settings. Transactional messages (invites, security, receipts) may still be sent.
Collaboration & realtor content
Private/off-market realtor listings are visible only to invited participants inside the app and are not designed for export or external sharing. Realtors who invite clients are responsible for having permission to share the materials they upload.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in Settings > Delete account. This removes your cloud account, your projects and shared data you own, uploaded photos, push tokens and analytics, and clears data stored on the device. It does not cancel an Apple subscription (manage that in your Apple ID settings). Backups may persist briefly, and some records may be kept where legally required. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing jack@wileyworx.com; we respond within 30 days.
Your rights and changes
Depending on where you live (for example Utah, California or Montana), you may have rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of certain sharing. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the current version.
